Accommodation
In the event the accommodation booked or requested is not available; every effort will be made for an alternative in another accommodation of similar standard. (in case of the above hotel is not available, a similar one will be replaced).
Special request
Please inform us during booking if there are any requests regarding special meals, dietary requirements, adjoining room and so on. Your email will be quickly replied on but such requests are subject to confirmation and availability.
Reservation & Deposit
Reservation Hotel & Tour
The booking should be made 30 days prior of hotel or tour departure and please note that rate included Christmas Eve and New Year Eve.
Deposit on Hotel & Tour
The 50% deposit or full payment of tour fare per person is required upon booking. Failure to comply with this may result in an automatic cancellation of reservation and or a forfeiture of deposit.
Cancellation & Amendment
Cancellation of Tour Booking Charged/Person
- More than 25 days prior to departure - No Charge
- 15-24 days prior to departure. - 25 %
- 08-14 days prior to departure - 50 %
- 04-07 days prior to departure - 75 %
- 03 days or less prior to departure - 100% ( Non refundable )
Amendment
For each amendment made after a booking has been confirmed, an amendment fee of US$ 10 per person will be charged.
An amendment fee does not constitute a transfer to another tour whereby an administration fee of US$10 per person will be levied in addition to the amendment fee.
Complaint/Claims/Refund
Complaints
Any complaint/claims must be made in writing within 2 weeks after services have been rendered.
Claims
No responsibility is accepted in respect of any complaint/claim which is not so made.
Refund
Tour members should be aware that the Company is acting as an agent for the service suppliers. After a deposit or full payment is made, all arrangements are still subject to confirmation. When the arrangement cannot be confirmed.
The Company will endeavor to notify passenger at least 3 weeks before departure and a refund to payment of tour fare will be made accordingly if the tour is cancelled within the stipulated time frame within the Cancellation and Amendment Policy. The Company shall not be liable for any further responsibilities.
Extension of Stay
Extension of stay/deviation may be permitted at the end of tour, subject to maximum validity and restrictions of air ticket, seat confirmation and availability of hotel prior to commencement of tour. It is the passenger's responsibility to hold firm confirmation for their return flight.
When extension of stay /deviation can not be confirmed three weeks prior to the group's departure date, passenger is deemed to be taking the original tour schedule.
In the event that the original arrangement has been changed by the Company during the process, any extra cost will be borne by the passenger.
Extension of stay/deviation will be at passengers own expenses & transfer to airport will not be provided.
The air ticket issued is a special ticket, restricted to a specific airline only. It is non-negotiable, non-endorsable, non-refundable & non-re routable. Any alternation in routing or dates by passenger is solely at his/her own risk. The Company and its associated agents shall not be held responsible for any inconvenience caused and extra expense incurred. No refund will be made for any unused air ticket, accommodation, meals, or sightseeing in part or full.
Tour Policy and Child Fare
Tour Group:
For group tour of full paying 15 pax and above, one (01) tour leader is given full complimentary on double sharing basis.
Child fare:
- Infant of 2 years old and below sharing same room with parents charge 10%
- Child of under 12 years old and sharing same room with parents charge 65%
- Child of under 12 years old and sharing same room with parents with extra bed is charged for 70%
Eligibility:
- Below 12 years ( on the date of departure)
- Child fare is based on sharing a room with two adults.
There will be an additional cost for child sharing one room with adult.
Travel Document
Travel insurance
We strongly recommend that you take out a holiday insurance policy.
Please ask your nearby travel agent, or speak to your own insurance broker for any assistance of travel insurance.
Travel Document
Passengers must possess a valid passport (at least 6 months) and are responsible for obtaining necessary visa etc., prior to departure. Check with nearby travel agent for other countries' visa requirement and to obtain Tour Orders (vouchers) for the whole package tours.
PAYMENT:
A payment should be deposit of 50% of the tours price per person is required upon your booking is confirmed.
For prepayment by bank remittance or bank draft or by a certified bank check must be received at least one weeks before commencement of services. When the deposit is received it is understood that your have read, understood and accepted all our term and Conditions. The remaining balance must be paid by cash upon arrival, For payment required to transfer to in Bank and our bank account as below:

CANCELLATION POLICY:
.More than 30 days before departure: No cancellation charge
.Between 30 and 21 days before departure: 10% of total tour cost
.Between 20 and 8 days before departure: 25% of total tour cost
.Between 7 days and 48 hours before departure: 50% of total tour cost
.Less than 48 hours before departure: 90% of total tour cost
.No - show: No refund
LIABILITY (Our responsibility):
Ravy Angkor Tours acts as and intermediary between the concerned airlines, transport Operators and local tourist offices providing services. Ravy Tour do not accept Liability in contract or in tort (Actionable wrong) for any accident, injuries, loss or damages Sustained by guests. Additional expenses incurred due to delays, natural disasters, fire, floods, Unusual climate conditions, act of Gods, political actions, change of schedules or other Irregularities arising from circumstances beyond of our control must be born by the guests.
