To ensure prompt and efficient service, please provide us the following:
- Arrival/Departure dates
- Flight Details
- Number of passengers/Rooming list
- Tour programs
- Name of prefer hotel/resort
- Meals requirements
- Tour guide requirement and/or tour group leader
- Other requests with corresponding charges
A completed Reservation Form from Ravy Angkor Tours shall be received by our office on the following dates:
- International Group Inbound:45 to 90 days prior to arrival
- International Group Outbound:45 to 90 days prior to departure
- Domestic Group within Cambodia 30 to 45 days prior departure or upon confirmation of booking by email or letter signed by authorized personnel.
All booking once confirmed are subject to cancellation charges.
Deposit and Payment
Upon the receipt of the completed reservation form, a booking deposit of 50% of the total tour cost per person of all tour participants is required. The remaining balance of 50% of the total tour cost per person must be made 15 days prior to departure of the group to destinations.For immediate booking, 100% of the total tour cost per person must be prepaid. We will acknowledge receipt of your payment and confirm acceptance of your reservation as soon as possible.
Ravy Angkor Tours is not obliged to accept a reservation and no contract exist until Ravy Angkor Tours has received the down payment and completed the reservation form and has confirmed its acceptance in writing to the travel agent or traveller. Payment must be made in advance, in either cash, cheque or or bank draft to be deposited in our bank account. The money must be in our account within 15 days prior to arrival/departure.
All bank deposit should include an additional US$10.00 per transaction to cover bank charges. Validated deposit slips should be faxed to us.

More than 30 days before the traveller’s arrival in Cambodia no charge.
Cancellation received between 15 to 30 days prior to arrival/departure 50% of total tour cost per person will be revised.
Less than 15 days prior to arrival/departure, 100% of total tour cost per person will be levied.
You are requested to ensure that all details on your side are correct before transferring payment to Ravy Angkor Tours or to our bank account.
No cancellation charge will be collected unless charge have been levied by our suppliers.
If there are charges levied, any such charge will be forwarded to you and payable by you, if not covered by the down payment.Ravy Angkor Tours will not be pay those charges.
Refund of Unused Service
No refund and exchange can be made in respect of accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport or any other services, which are included in the tour fares but not utilized by the traveller(s).
In case, Ravy angkor Tours Canbodia Co., Ltd. is able to negotiate a reimbursement from any one of the service providers, this refund will be forwarded to the Agent.
A service fee of not less than US$ 100.00 per person will be charged.
